Our participation in the Madame Alexander mom advisory board is exposing Gia to such a variety of dolls. Ones I had initially believed were beyond her reach. At three her imagination is ready to explore the world of pretend and with each doll we receive it continues to grow.
This 18″ play doll like Gia has brown eyes and brunette hair,however her hair is neatly pulled back on one side and braided. I had hoped her hairstyle would inspire Gia towards clipping her hair out of her face at leas,t but not so much. Like I’m sure your littles girls can relate to Pink is the fab fav color well our Melissa arrived with a pink iron on appliqué top, a ruffled denim skirt, and pink tights that have darker pink hearts. To complete her look, pink cowgirl boots on her feet did the trick. Melissa is available via Madame Alexander or Amazon.

At the end of every day there is one thing for sure she gives each of her dollies equal time and since Gia is still in a toddler bed there is a rotation of who has a sleepover.
Sometimes a girl just needs to lounge in her pjs and read a good book!
I guess Gia and Melissa really were tired!

OMG Gia is so adorable with her dolls! I think that’s a great way to teach her about friendship and responsibility. I love it. Loved how she and her doll Melissa were matching in the sleeping pic. I’ve seen other really cool 18 inch dolls and related things on this site too.
