The protective instinct is a universal truth of motherhood – in the animal kingdom and in our own. Different species demonstrate amazing feats to protect their young…including human mothers. As mothers we all share one common goal and that is ultimately to protect our children with all we have, and every breathe we take.
I’m working with Lysol to celebrate a mother’s natural protective instinct, honoring that a mother’s first priority is always the safety of her children – whether she is a bear, a monkey, or a person! An important way that I protect my family, (especially the thumb sucker) is by preventing the spread of harmful germs in our home with Lysol. So yes, I am that Mom that sprays and wipes down everything with Lysol, from doorknobs to mattresses, because I have to protect my baby girl. This morning we visited the open air, pop-up installation with larger-than-life animal structures to celebrate the protective instincts of motherhood, and the kids enjoyed running around underneath the animal structures, catching the bubbles, and sitting in a huge nest to pose for pics etc. When they calmed down and took a minute to catch their breath, they indulged in the educational element. Hashtag MOMWIN! Nothing pleases this mom more than an educational element to an event. The kids always have the best time and learn something new and they enjoy it!

I love Lysol products. I use Lysol wipes to kill bacteria around my house, after cooking, etc! Very useful.
I have seen Lysol wipes around but normally I just use the detto ones.

That is a really cool exhibit to visit – I love the fill-in-the-blank wall for interactivity. I’m a big fan of Lysol product.

though, I can’t win this, because I am not a mom and not in Brooklyn too, but yes, my mother is my best friend and the video just tore me apart! What a nice way to show moms love. 🙂 This day is a celebration for sure.
This sounds like a great exhibit indeed. There really is no protection like a mother’s protection. I love the video also. Lysol is what I have used for years and so has my mother along with my grandmother. Thanks for sharing the information and video.
