As I prepared to welcome baby 3 into our family the one item I fretted over was a bassinet. I knew that we wanted our baby boy to sleep in the room with us for practical reasons and logistically to make sure we didn’t wake up big brother every 2 hours with newborn squeals.
We decided on the HALO Bassinest Swivel Sleeper as our top pick. Not only is it a gorgeous design (we picked the Harmony Circles) but so very functional. It is in my opinion, the safest bassinet on the market especially for mothers recovering from a C-section. It was also the perfect height for siblings to lay in bed and lovingly stare at their newest baby without waking him up!

The material wipes very easily and I suggest purchasing multiple sheets to have as a backup. We used the HALO’s Bassinest Newborn Insert and we found that it helped sooth our fussy baby. I think the design made him feel more secure and made for an overall better sleep experience.
