The holidays are HERE! In true form, we are all running frantic, trying to get it all done. I am glad to say I took a night off to attend the annual Mom Trends Holiday Soiree. It is always a fun night bringing together friends/bloggers and brands to kick off the holidays together.
Of course tis the season to be giving, and we love that Momtrends has partnered with Second Chance Toys and asked all attendees to bring a plastic toy for donation. When I asked my kids for a donation for the event, my son inquired about Second Chance Toys. Fast forward he now has his own collection for Second Chance Toys going on at his school.
While sipping on Noble Wines we met with brand reps and found trendy merry finds to gift friends, family and teachers alike. Take a look at a few of our favorites below.
Keeping us interactive with each other, Momtrends tasked everyone with creating their own cheeseboard. Full disclosure, I tried. However, the Jalsberg was so good I continued to eat it as I was creating. Eventually I gave in and went for more wine to go with the cheese!

Baking with my children is one of our greatest pass times. Having learned to bake when I was 12, with my Nanny I have many fond memories. Having a family of my own now, I am creating many memories doing the same. Red Velvet NYC is making those memories stress free. How? You ask. They will send you everything you need in a kit for each recipe. Already measured out! So no stress that you don’t have enough sugar, flour etc. I know it is a blessing when you have littles that love to bake.

Of course it wouldn’t be a Momtrends event if it didn’t include Fashion. I had the pleasure of modeling with Riders by Lee, and Cents of Style.
I have worn Lee jeans since I was pre-teen. Always a curvy girl, I would have to wait for my Nanny to alter every pair. A dart hear, taper there. Imagine my surprise some 30 something years later to slip into a pair of Riders by Lee chinos, without any necessary alterations. Silent Win? UM NO! I told everyone I know. Including you! Happy to see I can return to the reinvented Lee jean that I am familiar with from my youth.
Cents of Style is that trendy online shop that is empowering women to lead bold and full lives. Where you will find the cutest fashion statements at a fraction of the cost. My mixed media furry vest, was a hit,. As for the long sleeve v-neck it is a basic that can be worn dressed up with accessories or dressed down with jeans and boots. Either way no matter how you wear it, I promise you will look and feel good in their clothes and accessories.
