With the guidance of Vogue, Fashion meets the Tony Awards! Although the Tony Awards brought their A fashion game, however lips were sealed on the red carpet. Ironically the Tony producers requested this glamorous facelift, and stylists, designers and everyone imaginable delivered. However none of this was captured by the red carpet production team, in fact there was little to no mentioning of any branding, as we would have come to expect from other fashionable award shows.
Unlike the Oscars, the topic of conversation was shop talk at its best. The red carpet hosts clearly missed the memo Fashion talk is in, because despite the makeover the topic of discussion was the stress of eight shows a week.

What was your favorite look of the night?
I’m definitely not the one to ask about these things lol, I tend to be pretty minimalist! I think that Kristin Chenoweth definitely looks the best in her gown- a true knockout, but as far as the gowns themselves go, I would have to pick Ruth Wilson’s. I’m not a fan of the short sleeve thing, but I love how simple and undertsated the look is!
I’m afraid we missed the Tony awards at our house. They were over-ruled by NBA play-offs. The Tony’s would have been much more fun for me. Celebrities are serious fashionista’s on the red carpet! I am glad there is a trend more towards the glamorous these days though!
JLO looked okay but I want to see her in something different. I actually Love Ashley’s outfit different and simple
I like the pink dress because it’s conservative and stylish but the bold color makes a statement. The blue dress with gold dusting is as well attractive and pretty good in holding the figure. The cropped top looked so modern and trendy and I like it, too!
I rarely watch the awards shows. I’ve never much of a television person. I like the dress Kristin is wearing but my favorite is the crop top, wide leg pants combo Ashley chose.
Ashley Tisdale’s wide leg trousers are so much fun. They look classy but she is still very dressy. She can totally pull it off. That hot pink dress is a good look too. I didn’t watch the Tony awards, but I need to!
There were definitely a lot more ‘hits’ than ‘misses’ this year for me. Oddly enough the only one who I remember not liking was Kendall Jenner’s outfit, she’s a gorgeous young woman but I didn’t think this particular outfit flattered her. Kristen and Alan were great together, if next year they have her, Alan and Neil Patrick Harris together it would a tri-fecta of perfection!
I like the black crop top of Ashley Tisdale and JLo’s blue outfit. It’s classy.
